Here was my edit. Sorry Sir Chivas if I took this from you. Just wanting to help out a bit. I wasn't sure how to change the text of the "D" like you wanted it though. Sorry.

Just put another text layer exactly the same and put a hyphen (-), and position it right next to the D. Or, just copy paste the D he wanted (Ð).
